Returns /Exchanges
Requests for exchanges or returns must be received via e-mail within 15 days of receipt of your package.

We can only accept items for return or exchange that are in their original/resealable condition and that have received a RAN (return authorization number). Any item(s) returned dirty, washed, or used and/or with torn/missing packaging will not be refunded. Once you receive a RAN number, you will have 14 days to send it back (we must receive it by the 14th day mark). We will refund the full purchase price of the item(s) once the return has been received less the shipping charges. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective.

If you received a promotion for free shipping and you are returning your item(s), your refund will be less the actual shipping costs that we incurred during the transaction.

Personalized items can not be canceled/refunded once the order is placed.

All sales are final on discontinued and closeout items.

Please note that MJ'S Closet Collection must issue you a RAN (return authorization number) prior to sending the items back. Any unauthorized returns will incur a 40% restocking fee.
